What Changes

Arlyta formally joins Finance as a client-facing member. Given access, tools, and authority to manage Rían.

Why It Matters

She's already doing this informally. Formalising it removes ambiguity and gives her the authority she needs to be effective.

CEO Direction

Danu confirmed authority over Rían is explicit. Spare capacity allocation to be confirmed — Siska has a proposal, details TBC.

Systems Note

Julian's team continues to support internal AR dashboard data due to HasMicro finance system limitations.

Emil: Formal KAM

What Changes

Emil receives formal title and accountability as KAM Team Lead. CE responsibilities are to be confirmed separately.

Why It Matters

Formal recognition removes ambiguity, clarifies reporting structure, and gives Emil the standing to make decisions. CE scope will be defined once the broader restructure is confirmed.

Siska Returns Full-Time.
Irene's Path: Two Options.

Siska (VP BD) returns full-time. SBP and broader BD consolidates under her leadership. Select team members absorbed; remaining headcount rationalised.

Irene stays. Role evolves.

Irene transitions to a focused role managing SDS and the clinic. Her expertise is retained, her scope is defined. No one loses — everyone gets a clear lane.

Irene exits with a package.

A clean, respectful separation with a fair package. Handled carefully and on good terms. Siska's structure absorbs what's needed.
